Focus on Goals Expect Promising Future | Shuanglin 2018 Mid-year Operation Work Meeting be held successfully

On August 9th, Shuanglin 2018 Mid-year Operation Work Meeting is convened at the Ninghai Tianmingshan Hotspring Grand Hotel. A summary on the production and management of the company for the first half year was presented in order to roundly analyze indicators and operation status of various business segments, and further define the tasks and objectives during the work of the next half year. In addition to the president, the vice president, the general manager and leaders of all the functional departments, directors and cadres, some relevant superiors of Shuanglin Group were also invited to attend the meeting.



The meeting agenda was driven by the principal of the finance center with the Group’s mid-year report on the financial data and detailed analysis. The operation and indicator realization of various business segments for the first half year were elaborated by the principals of those business divisions, and they raised responses and solutions for existing problems during the course of production and operation, and proposed the work objectives and concrete measures of the next half year by taking the market situation into consideration. Moreover, the mid-year audit report of the Group was delivered by the audit department.

 


General Manager Gu Xiaoying commented on the work of various business segments in the first half year respectively and pointed out the improvement direction. Then by reviewing and analyzing the overall situation of the automobile market during the first half year, Gu deployed the key work for the production and operation in the next half. Besides, he required all the departments to emphasize on solving problems, enhancing quality, and further establishing and perfecting the customer-oriented system and service system to build all-around cooperative relationships with core customers.

 


Vice President Wu Shaowei reckoned that facing the complicated domestic and overseas situation, the company should steadily develop various business segments, gather strengths to exploit its advantages to the full, and reasonably judge what the company should do and shouldn’t do; the leaders should enhance executive forces and increase consciousness of responsibility and undertake whatever consequences.

President Wu Jianbin delivered significant speeches in the end. He stressed that, to develop stably, an enterprise must attach great importance to strengthening sales and deepening market analysis, strategic practice and risk control under the complex and changeable economic background; accelerate the building of core technical capacity; intensify pre-project evaluation and control investment risk and investment pace; continue to advance the internationalization strategy. He urged cadres at all levels to establish a sense of crisis and overall situation, maintain a positive attitude and resolve to overcome all difficulties, and keep learning and growing to advance with the times.

He specially pointed out that culture is the driving force for the development of the enterprise. To this point, we should inherit and develop the excellent culture of Shuanglin, combine the business development strategy, and continuously promote the cultural upgrading, so that Shuanglin’s staff can be united through cultural construction to strive to realize the ideal and share success and happiness.

 

After the mid-year operation work meeting was satisfactorily concluded, each business division held mid- and long-term strategic planning seminars respectively.
