Integrated Power Train System Driven by Electricity with Higher Efficiency Stunning Presence of Shuanglin DSI on CTI

On September 26, International CTI Symposium China, a large “industrial banquet” in automobile field was held in Shanghai as scheduled. CTI Symposium is held in Germany, US and China each year, having attracted automobile experts worldwide to discuss and exchange. This Symposium is committed to promoting the leading-edge technologies about automobile transmission and new energy drive, and to introducing the latest scientific and technological achievements and products in automobile transmission.

 


Shuanglin Power Train Division (Shuanglin DSI) was present in CTI China for the first time in 2017, to participate in the discussions about world automobile transmission system and new energy drive technologies. In order to meet demand from Chinese market, Shuanglin DSI has developed an applicable new product, i.e, efficiency 6AT automatic transmission and integrated e-axle which was displayed on this Symposium. 



The efficient 6AT exhibited this time is developed independently by Shuanglin DIS technology center, having reached mainstream technological level. On the exhibition, this product attracted the attentions from potential customers and suppliers who were crowded in front of DIS booth to discuss about cooperation. 



It is known to all that more powerful batteries can further enhance the battery life of electric vehicles. In this sense, will a brand new power train system play the similar role? The integrated e-axle product (eAxle) newly released by Shuanglin DSI has made it. Its unique feature lies in that three separate power train parts, i.e, motor, inverter and transmission are integrated into a compact unit to directly drive axles. In this way, the power train system becomes more efficient and more economical. This brand new power train system has realized the integration of power train system in an innovative manner, thereby opening a potential market for Shuanglin. The entire system is quite flexible and its e-axle can be installed on many models available in market, such as (plug-in) hybrid power vehicle and pure electric vehicles, including compact models, SUVs and even light commercial vehicles. 



On the Fair, relevant customers showed great interest in this product, having made exchanges with technical staffs from Shuanglin DSI, inquired of the mass production time, and arranged future time for detailed discussions. This can prove that the development of Shuanglin e-axle represents a reasonable direction of power train system. 



Through this Fair, Shuanglin product has won great interest from customers and engineering staff from Shuanglin have made good communications with customers and peers. This will have positive influence on the new business expansion and development. Positive customer feedback further determines Shuanglin’s confidence in new product development to pave a good foundation for Company’s long-term development.
