On August 11, 2017 Strategic Landing Seminar of Automobile Electromechanical Business Division of Ningbo Shuanglin Automobile Parts Co., Ltd was smoothly held in the headquarters of Shanghai. The conference was held with the theme of “Strategic Planning of Business Division (to 2020)”. Mr. Qian Xueming, general manager of Business Division, responsible persons of the functional departments of Business Division and responsible persons of the branch factories attended this meeting.

This conference started with President Qian’s illustration of the strategic planning of Business Division from the modules such as strategic positioning, market perspective, product R&D planning and performance challenge.

Second, as to how to effectively execute the strategic planning of Business Division, the conference carried out discussion concerning the core businesses of Business Division: how should electrical machine be stronger and better? How should HDM/flexible shaft market be expanded? How to play the coordination effect of stamping/roll-in? The responsible persons of the units expressed their opinions, conducted full communications and exchanged their ideas on the conference.

President Qian summarized and proposed requirements for the core business discussions. In order to ensure that the sales volume of Business Division doubles by 2020, the electrical machine industry should guarantee the setup of the technical team of the manufacturing base, pay attention to talent cultivation, conduct point-to-point break of the objective client point and hold the production and manufacturing concept of “continuous improvement, project standard and quality control”. The HDM/flexible shaft industry should seize the big customers of the European and American/Japanese and South Korean/domestic main engine plants. Meanwhile, match the development progress of the current clients’ projects, seize the beat of clients and improve the service level; the stamping/roll-in industry should take advantage of the resources of premium clients of Schengye, fully tap the internal resources and complement the advantages.

Finally, President Qian makes conference summary. Although Electromechanical Business Division is the one with the smallest sales share and the least total profit among four business divisions, yet we have the confidence to make it bigger, work together, seek for development and sediments, move ahead steadily and rise abruptly on the accumulated strength.
