On November 30th, 2016, Shuanglin held the First Session of the 3rd Congress of Worker and Staff. The meeting was presided by Vice Chairman of the Labor Union Wu Haifei. Total 115 representatives of the workers and staff attended the meeting. Vice General Manager of Shuanglin and General Manager of Accessory Division Chen Youfu, Secretary of the Party Committee Lou Yongmeng, Chairman of the united labor unions and Director of Human Resources Wang Hongmei, and Directors of each plant also attended the meeting. 

Chairman Wang said that Shuanglin should continue to play its role as a basic labor union organization and actively participate in the management of the common staff and the company’s production, listen to the staff’s opinions; Meanwhile, the labor union shall also support the company’s development.

The year 2016 is a important year in the company’s development. After 30 years weal and woe, the company is now growing rapidly. We shall stick to the correct path and create more brilliance.
