Ningbo Shuanglin Auto-parts Co.,ltd is a subsidiary of Shuanglin Investment Co,ltd, the manufacture headquarter is located at Dalu Xidian Ninghai Zhejiang, so far the company has total 5 auto-parts manufacture plants: Ninghai Zhejiang, Jingzhou Hubei, Chongqing , Liuzhou Guangxi, Suzhou Jiangsu, and Tianjin plant will be constructed by plan, Shanghai international marketing, two overseas representative offices in North America and Europe, one postdoctoral programme station, the company got the certificates ISO/TS16949 and ISO14000 in 2004 and implemented the Lean production in 2005. the company is specialized in development and manufacture of auto plastic molding parts, metal stamping parts, machining parts, welding parts , the major customers are GM,Ford, Toyota, DFAC,Faurecia, Valeo, Bosch etc, Shuanglin is developing by international oriented, innovation oriented, and technology oriented, meanwhile seek broad cooperation at home and abroad, serve the global automotive industry, and create more value for the society.
In order to insure product quality and strengthen R&D hardware , the group established inspection center and test center , the main facilities are universal tool microscope, rolling knife measuring instrument, gear runout measuring instrument, 3 D CMM , small gear measuring instrument, sclerometer , numerical universa;l material test machine, salt spray test box, physical property test table, a series of inspection apparatuses and test equipments used for special products function test, cooperate with 711 Research Institute to design HDM terminal vibration inspection system, and memory function linear inspection system.
